Our Story

As a trusted mobility services advocate, we speak the language of telecom and connected devices and help businesses strategize, source and implement the best carrier services solution.

TelSolv was founded to help businesses and public sector entities manage the direct and indirect costs of managing enterprise mobility solutions. We work with clients to select and acquire mobile devices to support business operations. In addition to phones, tablets, computers and accessories, we also support a full lineup of routers to provide business internet services to companies.

TelSolv’s managed mobility solutions are integrated with cellular and wireless connectivity to support enterprise mobile environments from device acquisition, carrier interaction, deployment and ongoing management. These outsourced managed mobility solutions help businesses optimize costs and deliver savings that are often not achievable with in-house solutions.

Stacy Chisum, Chief Executive Officer

Stacy is a mobile telecommunications expert, entrepreneur and leader in developing successful business infrastructure and establishing lasting client relationships. She is passionate about driving cultural and operational transformation. Under her leadership, TelSolv has emerged as a preeminent provider of mobile solutions to businesses and governmental entities, including some of the world's largest companies. From startups to Fortune 50 companies, Stacy has demonstrated her proven experience building teams, products and businesses in the high technology, B2B, partner channels, telecom and wireless markets and creating organizations centered around customer centricity.

Mike McGuire, Chief Revenue Officer

Mike McGuire is an accomplished business leader, consultant and telecommunications expert who has over 30 years of mobile hardware, software and services experience. In addition to serving as chief revenue officer of TelSolv, Mike is also the president and owner of TelSolv's sister organization, Mobility Consulting Group (Mobility CG), a company he founded with the goal of making it easy for companies to acquire, provision, secure and manage mobile devices. Mike enjoys working with his team of skilled leaders and channel partners to provide cost-effective and reliable mobility solutions that help companies to address current and evolving needs.

Cindy Harper, Director–Business Development

Cindy is a highly accomplished professional with a 30-year track record of success in business operations and business development. In her role as director of business development, she plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the organization. Leveraging decades of experience in customer relationship management and business development, she brings a unique perspective that includes strategic planning, market analysis and revenue generation. Cindy's commitment to driving business growth is coupled with her ability to navigate complex market landscapes and a talent for building strategic partnerships. Her contributions are pivotal in propelling and successfully positioning the company for continued expansion.

Shawn Hampton, Director–Client Success

With more than 10 years in the telecommunications and mobility industry, Shawn brings deep experience building, developing and leading a high performing client success team in a fast-paced environment that delivers exemplary customer satisfaction, retention and growth. Leveraging her background in both sales and operations, she has been instrumental in managing large client accounts and leading large-scale projects to drive profitable growth through data analytics and creative solutions. At TelSolv, Shawn has developed a proven reputation as a driven, creative, outcome-focused leader that helps to create a culture that puts the customer at the center of everything.

Jackie Toth, Controller

As TelSolv's financial controller, Jackie brings more than 20 years of financial experience, including 15 years in the mobile communications and technology industry. Jackie is a motivated team player with a hands-on leadership style and strong work ethic.  She is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting for the company.

Beth Josephson, Director–Sales

Beth brings over 20 years of product and business development experience in the mobile communications and technology industry to her position at TelSolv. Throughout her career, she has built strong relationships and successfully managed global accounts, including esteemed companies such as Delta Airlines, Tyson Foods, Coca-Cola and Anthem Healthcare, among others. At TelSolv, Beth's technical product knowledge, profound understanding of mobility solutions, and extensive experience serve as a vital resource when addressing our customers' most pressing challenges. Her unwavering dedication and expertise make her an indispensable asset to our team.

Ashley Allison, Director–Orders 

As director of orders at TelSolv, Ashley plays a critical role in overseeing on time delivery, quality assurance and customer satisfaction. She brings more than 15 years of experience in order management and account management, focusing on customer relationship management and retention. Ashley has spent her entire career in the mobility services industry and has become an expert consultant in mobility products and solutions, helping to support our internal team and clients throughout the order process and maximizing ROI for clients' mobility spend.

Brooke Young, Senior Client Success Manager

Brooke brings over 10 years of expertise to the Client Success team through her time spent with St. Regis Hotels, Chick-fil-A corporate, and Tom James Company. Advocating for distinguished customers across multiple industries, Brooke has developed a strong foundation of effective communication, problem resolution, and relationship building. Bridging the gap between Sales and Operations, Brooke is a key player in managing both short and long-term projects to ensure the evolving needs of our customers are not only met but exceeded.
